Typical Itinerary

Day 1. We meet you at Inverness for 0900 and travel up to the NW Highlands. Within 1 hour we are surrounded by some of the finest mountain and loch scenery in the British Isles. We visit the Torridon area and beautiful Loch Maree.

DAY 2. We take the drive North from our base in Ullapool to the Coigach area. The mountains here are not particularly high but they offer amazing photographic opportunities. We stop at several locations

DAY 3. A coastal day out at The Storr. Hopefully we will get some stormy conditions on the sea as we walk along the coastline to the rock stac pinnacle of Am Buachaille which juts out from the mainland.

DAY 4. Today we leave very early to capture the dawn light from the mountain Stac Pollaidh. The walk up is on excellent well constructed paths and takes less than 1 hour, going at an easy pace. The views out to the west and north is one of a watery lochan filled coastline and sandstone mountains, the most 'famous' being Suilven.

DAY 5. We leave early to photograph the finest mountain in the UK (according to me!), An Teallach. The best views are looking into it's corries which have been sculptured out from the last glaciers over 10, 000 years ago. We  make the short drive back to Inverness for mid afternoon
